Team Management

How to invite team members, configure granular permissions, and manage shared access to lists, integrations, automations, CRM data, and exports.

Team features are available on Professional and Growth plans and above. Team management is found in Account SettingsTeam.


Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Account SettingsTeam.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the team member's email address.
  4. Configure their permissions (see below).
  5. Click Send Invite.

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account (or log in if they already have one).


Team Permissions

Each team member has 8 granular permission toggles. Toggle each ON or OFF independently:

Notes:

  • Changes take effect immediately.
  • The account owner always has full access regardless of permission settings.
  • Credits are shared from the team owner's credit pool.

Managing Team Members

Viewing members: The Team page lists all current members with their email, join date, and permission summary.

Editing permissions: Click the edit icon next to a team member to modify their permissions at any time.

Removing a member: Click the remove icon to revoke their access. Their account is not deleted - they simply lose access to your team's data.

Credit Sharing

All team members draw from the team owner's credit pool. There is no per-member credit allocation - credits are shared across the team.

Monitor credit usage on the Billing page to ensure the team has sufficient credits for their work.
