Email Center & Templates

The Email Center is a hub for managing email templates and viewing campaign activity from your connected outreach integrations.

Create and manage reusable email templates for your outreach campaigns.

Creating a template:

1. Navigate to Email Center → Templates.
2. Click New Template.
3. Enter a template name.
4. Write your subject line and email body.
5. Use merge tags to personalize (e.g., {{store_name}}, {{domain}}, {{monthly_revenue}}).
6. Save the template.

Template management:

• Edit, duplicate, or delete existing templates.
• Templates can be referenced when setting up outreach campaigns in connected integrations.

The Campaign Activity tab shows engagement data from your connected outreach campaigns (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo).

Metrics shown:

• Emails sent
• Open rate
• Reply rate
• Bounce rate
• Campaign name and integration source

Campaign activity is populated when you enable the Track Campaign toggle in an Evergreen Flow's Action Config step.

On team plans, campaign activity visibility can be restricted via the share_campaign_activity permission toggle. When disabled, team members cannot see campaign engagement data.
