Integrations

The Integrations page lets you connect StoreCensus to third-party outreach and CRM tools. Connected integrations are used by Evergreen Flows to push store data into your campaigns automatically.

Navigate to Integrations in the top navigation.

Auth type: API Key

Setup:

1. Click Connect Apollo.
2. Enter your Apollo API key (found in Apollo → Settings → API Keys).
3. Click Save.

What it enables:

• Push stores into Apollo sequences from Evergreen Flows.
• Auto-unlock decision makers and push them to Apollo.
• Track Apollo campaign engagement in the Email Center.
• Select Apollo sequences as automation action destinations.

Multiple integrations: Supported - connect multiple API keys for different team members or accounts.

Invalid key handling: If a key becomes invalid, the integration shows a warning badge and a "Reconnect" button.

Auth type: API Key

Setup:

1. Click Connect Instantly.
2. Enter your Instantly API key (found in Instantly → Settings → API).
3. Click Save.

What it enables:

• Push stores into Instantly campaigns from Evergreen Flows.
• Track Instantly campaign engagement in the Email Center.

Multiple integrations: Supported.

Auth type: API Key

Setup:

1. Click Connect Smartlead.
2. Enter your Smartlead API key (found in Smartlead → Settings → API).
3. Click Save.

What it enables:

• Push stores into Smartlead campaigns from Evergreen Flows.
• Track Smartlead campaign engagement in the Email Center.

Multiple integrations: Supported.

Auth type: Webhook URL (custom endpoint)

Setup:

1. Click Add Webhook.
2. Enter a name (e.g., "HubSpot CRM", "Internal Pipeline").
3. Enter the webhook endpoint URL.
4. Click Save.

What it enables:

• Send store data to any HTTP endpoint when an automation fires.
• Payload is a JSON object with all store fields, contact data, and decision maker data.
• Use with Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or any custom backend.

Testing: A test button sends a sample payload to verify the endpoint.

Multiple webhooks: Supported - configure multiple with different names and URLs.

Zapier is supported via the Webhook action type in Evergreen Flows. You do not need to configure a Zapier integration on the Integrations page - paste your Zapier webhook URL directly in the automation's Action Config step.

Google Sheets integration is currently in development and not yet available.

When you send stores to an Instantly, Smartlead, or Apollo campaign, StoreCensus can track replies and engagement from that campaign back inside the Email Center.

How it works:

1. When sending stores to a campaign (via export or automation), enable the Track Campaign toggle in the send modal. This is on by default.
2. StoreCensus links the list to the campaign. The list is marked as a "tracked campaign" and appears in the Campaigns section of the Lists panel.
3. As leads reply or engage in the campaign, their activity is pulled back into StoreCensus and visible in the Email Center.

What gets tracked:

Important notes:

• Lists with active campaign tracking are excluded from manual outreach flows to avoid conflicts.
• Deleting a tracked list also removes the associated campaign tracking data.
• Deleting an integration that has active campaign tracking will warn you and delete all tracking data for that integration's campaigns.
• You can toggle tracking on/off per list from the Lists panel.
