Saved Searches
How to save, load, and manage filter configurations as named Saved Searches, and how to link them to Evergreen Flow automations.
Saved Searches let you save a named snapshot of your current filter configuration so you can reload it instantly later - no need to re-apply filters manually each session.
Saving a Search
- Apply your desired filters in the filter panel.
- Click the Save (bookmark) icon in the filter panel header.
- Enter a name for the search (e.g., "US Shopify Stores with Klaviyo + $20k+ Revenue").
- Click Save.
Loading a Saved Search
- Click the Saved Searches dropdown or list in the filter panel.
- Click the name of the saved search.
- All filters from that saved search are applied instantly.
Managing Saved Searches
- Rename: Click the edit icon next to a saved search name.
- Delete: Click the delete icon to remove a saved search.
- Overwrite: Re-save with the same name to update the filter configuration.
Linking Saved Searches to Automations
When saving a filter configuration, you can optionally link it to an Evergreen Flow automation:
- The automation uses the same filter conditions as your saved search.
- When you update the saved search, the automation's filter conditions update too.
- This keeps your automation filters in sync with your manual discovery filters.
Sharing Saved Searches (Team Plans)
On team plans with share_filters permission enabled, saved searches are visible to all team members. This allows the team to work from a consistent set of filter configurations - useful for agencies managing multiple client ICPs.
