Billing & Credits

StoreCensus uses a dual billing model: a subscription for feature access and a credits system for unlocking contact data.

Navigate to Billing in the top navigation.

Subscription Plans

Credits

Credits are consumed when unlocking contact data.

Action	Cost
Unlock contact info (emails) for one store	1 credit
Unlock one decision maker profile	2 credits
View already-unlocked data	Free

Credit types:

Subscription Credits - Included with your plan. Refresh on your billing cycle.
Add-on Credits - Purchased separately. Do not expire.

Your total credit balance is always visible in the top navigation bar. The Billing page shows a breakdown: total balance, subscription credits, and add-on credits.

Purchasing Add-on Credits

Go to Billing → Credits tab.
Use the credit slider to select the number of credits to purchase.
Review the price.
Click Purchase Credits.
Complete payment via Stripe.

Credits are added to your account immediately after payment.

Pipeline Metrics

The Billing page shows pipeline metrics:

Total stores unlocked
Total decision makers unlocked
Credits used this billing period
Credits remaining

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Billing → Plans tab.
Click Upgrade on the desired plan.
Complete payment via Stripe.
New features and limits are available immediately.

Downgrading

Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Features from the higher plan remain available until the period ends.

Canceling

Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Data is retained for a grace period after cancellation.

Billing History

The Billing page shows a history of all charges, invoices, and credit purchases. Each invoice is downloadable as a PDF.
