Exports

How to export store data as a CSV file: export types, column selection, email options, deliverability filtering, decision maker export, multi-line rows, export limits, and export history.

The Export feature downloads store data as a CSV file. Open it by clicking Export in the data grid toolbar.

Send to Integration

In addition to downloading a CSV, you can push stores directly to your connected tools from the same toolbar. Select one or more stores using the grid checkboxes, then click the integration button in the bulk action toolbar:

IntegrationWhat it does
InstantlyOpens the "Add to Campaign" modal - select a campaign and choose which email to send. Supports decision maker emails if unlocked.
SmartleadOpens the "Add to Campaign" modal - select a Smartlead campaign and email address.
ApolloOpens the "Add to Sequence" modal - select an Apollo sequence and email account.
Google SheetsPushes selected stores to a connected Google Sheet.

These integrations are configured in Integrations. Each integration modal lets you select which email address to use per store (store-level email or unlocked decision maker email).

Export Type

Choose one of three export modes:

ModeDescription
Custom ColumnsPick exactly which data columns to include. Full control over the output.
Emails OnlyExports just email addresses - no other store data columns.
Phone NumbersExports just phone numbers.

Export Scope

  • Current filtered results - All stores matching your active filters (up to your plan limit).
  • Selected rows - If you have checked specific rows in the grid, only those rows are exported.

Credit Usage

Each store exported that has not been previously unlocked costs 1 credit. Stores you have already unlocked are re-exported for free. The modal shows a credit breakdown before you confirm:

  • Total available credits (subscription + add-on)
  • Credits this export will use
  • Remaining credits after export

Custom Columns - Column Selection

When using Custom Columns mode, choose which columns to include. Use the search box to find columns quickly, or use Select All / Deselect All.

Store Data columns:

Store Name, Domain, Platform, Country, State, Monthly Revenue, Annual Revenue, Tech Spend, App Spend, Theme, Language, Currency, Product Count, Variant Count, Avg Product Price, Website Created At, Last Seen, Categories, Vertical, Installed Apps, Technologies.

Contact columns: Emails, Decision Makers.

CRM columns: CRM Status, CRM Rating, Notes, List Membership.

Export Options

The Export Options section appears below the column selector and contains all formatting and filtering controls.

No CSV Headers

Check No CSV headers to omit the header row from the output. Useful when importing into tools that don't expect a header row.

One Email Per Store

Check One email per store to output a single email address per store row. StoreCensus automatically selects the best available email for each store. This is the recommended setting for outreach tools that expect one contact per row.

When this is ON, the New contact line for each email option is disabled (they are mutually exclusive).

New Contact Line for Each Email

Check New contact line for each email to create a separate CSV row for each email address a store has. If a store has 3 emails, you get 3 rows with identical store data but different email addresses.

This option is disabled when One email per store is ON.

Export Only Emails with Deliverability Rating

Appears when the Emails column is selected. Check this to filter emails by their deliverability score before exporting. Choose one or more levels:

LevelIndicatorMeaning
Good3 green dotsSMTP verified. Low bounce likelihood.
Moderate2 yellow dotsDomain verified, inbox not individually confirmed. Possible bounce.
Not Found1 red dotInbox could not be verified. Higher bounce likelihood.

Leave unchecked to export all emails regardless of deliverability.

Decision Maker Export Options

When the Decision Makers column is selected:

  • Only decision makers you have already unlocked are included - no credits are charged at export time.
  • Each decision maker appears as a separate row in the export with the store data repeated on each row.

To unlock decision makers in bulk before exporting, use the Bulk Unlock Decision Makers feature.

Export Limits

Export limits are enforced by plan. If your export would exceed your available credits or plan limit:

  • A confirmation dialog shows how many stores you can export within your limit.
  • You can choose to export up to the maximum allowed, or cancel and upgrade.
  • Unlimited plan users have no export cap.

Export History

All exports are logged in My Exports (accessible from the top navigation).

Each entry shows:

  • Export date and time
  • Number of stores exported
  • Filters active at export time
  • Download link (CSV file, available for re-download while the link is active)

Click the download icon next to any past export to re-download it.

Export History Filter

In the main dashboard filter panel, the Export History section lets you filter stores by whether they have been previously exported. Use this to avoid re-exporting the same stores across multiple campaigns.
