I have been using RX for a few years now and honestly having access to this type of data has played such a strong part of my CRM decision making process. Not only is the platform super easy to navigate and gives you such tangible insights the team behind the app are great too. Always willing to help and are always looking for ways to improve what they have or give you more insights. Such a great tool.

RetentionX is more than just an app, it's become a partner. Their monthly coaching service is surprisingly affordable for the value it provides. But overall, just the app presents your data is such an easier way to digest for all things retention. Hard to understand why this isn't mandatory for any DTC company.

The platform is great, offering a level of analysis and a way to slice up retention that we couldn't find anywhere else. But even more important, the service is outstanding, anytime we need anything they're available to walk us through it (Allie is a rockstar).
