A great platform with an impressive depth of analytics. For us, as a small store with a very specific target audience, it does take some time to find the right settings and determine which data is most relevant to use but our Strategist Kori is highly knowledgeable and guides us well through the process, helping us get the most out of the data.

We've seen a handful of other companies that claim to do what RetentionX does, but none have lived up to their promises. RetentionX is the real deal. Accurate data, extremely easy integration and onboarding, and some of the best account management and customer service we've seen.
