We love using Retention X to achieve a more detailed metrics analysis. Alexandra has always been really helpful during our time with Retention X, even more during crunch times!

Retention X is pivotal in helping make day-to-day decisions. The ability to understand the average time between purchases. Seeing LTV through different lenses has helped to make crucial decisions around advertising. There are also a ton of resources around each set of data to ensure you understand what you're looking at.

Absolutely love this app. It gives me great insights at the touch of a button that help me identify opportunities and analyse so many aspects including how other apps are working inc loyalty, upsells etc as well as helps inform product design decisions. We are also using the merchandising function which is good on the whole and certainly better than others we investigated but does still chuck out some strange anomalies! Kori on the customer team is always really helpful and quick whenever I have a query.

Retention X has been so helpful in gaining insights to our customer behavior without having to spend hours slicing and dicing data outside of Shopify. Kori has been great in making tweaks to make Retention X make sense for how we operate. Excited to continue to utilize the data to drive decisions.
