We used to love Re:Amaze! We've been on the platform for about 5 years and we're getting increasingly frustrated! Customer support is very poor. The front line customer service team gate keep proper technical support and make it impossible to even be heard by someone who can actually help resolve the problem - they deflect everything. Newly launched ai supported tools like the shopping assistance bot and the AI FAQ bot just don't do anything - they can't answer the most basic customer question like how much is shipping. It's disappointing after being a user for so long. No one seems to care anymore.
