We were using a different product, but it could not handle our needs. We have 4 different sites with a mix of Magento and Shopify. We did our research and found Webgility handled our stores better in reguards to sync'ing with Quickbooks, Enterprise Desktop with advance inventory. It is always nervous changing programs, but we went for it. It took about a month to set up and get going but we are up and running now. We worked with Faizan, who worked hard to get us up and running smoothly while training us.

We have been using Webgility for over a year and it has greatly improved our productivity. I highly recommend Webgility for its functionality and customer support. We recently added two more sales channels. Set up was easy thanks to the help from Arun. He is knowledgeable and very personable. He listened to our needs and set up our system perfectly!
