Not Working Properly! Not updating all of our sales data.
This app is HOT GARBAGE, and no one wants to take responsibility for it. It intermittently fails to receive sales data AND records duplicate data. We even changed the cadence at which Shopify sends payouts to our bank account from daily to weekly so that it would be easier to spot errors. That helped – read: the fewer opportunities for it to fail, the fewer times it failed! – but the tool is supposed to help me, not the other way around. In early July, it stopped recording new sales data altogether. It's now been three weeks since we've received any new data. Now we have to spin up a manual recording process. TRASH

DON'T USE THIS APP. No one supports it. Intuit says call Shopify and I haven't done that because others said they don't support it either. I just decided to stop importing payout transactions. When I contacted Intuit, they said I disconnected it in March. It is now July and it stopped working 8 days ago. Everything seems like it is connected so I uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't fix it. Going to try and find a new solution instead of wasting more time on this.
