I found this app when I was looking for a cost effective screen-recording app. The screen-recording interface is intuitive and the app is reliable. Though occasionally there are screen recordings that don't log, I've experienced the exact same problem with the most famous (and most expensive) apps -- presumably that's a Shopify issue that would occur with any app. Excellent customer service!
Good experience so far, great customer support so helpful. I recommend this app to every person who needs a heatmap or a replay of a customers actions.
