We have been using MRP easy for about a year. Like any MRP product it can be a little overwhelming. We are currently using about half of the products capabilities, mostly for inventory control, and batch tracking. We have not found any issues with MRPeasy capabilities are far beyond what we would’ve expected at this price point. We really appreciate low entry cost because we are a small company and most MRP systems have been out of our reach. MRP easy integrates easily with Shopify as a valuable tool for any small manufacturer. We haven’t used MRP easy customer service very often because the documentation and help section inside the application are very thorough. We spent a lot of time searching for and testing various ERP/MRP solutions to manage our inventory, procurement, costs, and manufacturing flow and found MRPeasy to be the most intuitive and effective solution for planning our production runs, tracking all our consumables, and tracking our costs per batch/item.
