Mixtable Spreadsheet Editor

Been using Mixtables for a few years now and I must say, it's the best one out there for ease of use, functionality and flexibility and the support you get is extremely good and always there to help you. I'd recommend this to anyone looking at manage their products, whether it being adding new or modifying existing. It's been a game changer for us!

Dear Mixtable team, We are currently trying to access the app, but we are receiving the following message: "The data sync for store XXX has been automatically paused due to inactivity." It seems our trial has expired, but we do not see any option in our Shopify admin panel to upgrade the plan or resume service. There is no visible button for upgrading or reactivating the subscription. As we are currently in the summer sales season, we urgently need access to the app to adjust our pricing across markets. Could you please let us know how to proceed to reactivate our account and subscribe to a paid plan as soon as possible? Thank you in advance for your help.

I am delighted with the efficacy of Mixtable, I can see my inventory data in real time and make changes easily. I have complexities within my inventory as we sell in whole boxes and smaller portions, so the inventory goes down at different rates depending on what is purchased. I didn't want to spend hundreds on a complex inventory app and found Mixtable will let me add in unsynced columns to the real time worksheet, so I have made a workaround where I can measure online as "1 portion" and "1 box" but in my worksheet I can measure them as 0.1 and 1, for example, so I know accurately what stock I really have. The fact that this is real time is a godsend. I am also excited to get the analytics data up and running so I can edit my worksheet to also tell me what products I need to order, in real time, without any exporting data into excel templates and messing around with formulas there etc. This could save me hours of time each month.
