We have abandoned another very popular CSR system in Kustomer's favour, which was a great decision. This app is flexible, tech support is always here for you, and new features are added constantly. Starting with filters and automation and ending with a smart chatbot (integrated into Shopify in the blink of an eye), we enjoy working with it. Strongly recommend for all Shopify sellers.
