I love this app Joe! It is very helpful. I just need to go live more. Lol. I see how it makes invoicing so much easier and i am able to actually go to sleep sooner after my live!! I just have a few questions. Is there only 1 specific word I can use on my account? My word I believe is SOLD but i was wondering if other words were available for my account. Also I see how people can link their account and have a picture of the piece pop up on screen when they are showing the piece that they are showing live. I tried to connect Facebook sales channel with my Shopify store and it did not connect. There was a message error after completing the installation saying "There was a problem processing this action. Please refresh the page". After changing many emails during 2 weeks with Shopify support team and speaking with 5 team members, I received an email from Shopify saying that they can't solve this issue because it is from Facebook and they will close my ticket ID. I am disappointed by the support I received. The error appeared on Shopify platform, Shopify should help fixing errors on their platform. Show more

The set up was easy. For some reason, it deactivates itself sometimes from my shopify store and has to be set up all over again. I'm assuming that's whenever more products are added to your shop's store. Show more
