So to begin with I was pretty frustrated with not being able to get in contact with facebook as I was experiencing issue with getting my commerce account approved! However I was lucky to get the best help from Shopify Support Specialist Anna! (Thank you Anna for everything!) and later on also Facebook from a link to a support form. Now when everything is approved and up an running, I love the easy setup for your facebook and instagram shop. its super easy to set up and navigate in and new products get approved very fast! TIP: don't add giftcards to your facebook sales channel! you won't get approved then.. Show more
