I don't know what's wrong, I haven't been able to update the sales channel, I also contacted customer service, but it feels very useless. Very annoying. Show more
I was busy setting up sales campaigns to promote our products on facebook and instagram - sadly when it came to publishing the campaigns it failed. Upon closer investigation we found that the "shops" disappeared only to find that the whole integrations has been removed with actions saying that the app requires attention. Further to this I was an absolute nightmare to figure out what was happening, I eventually got an article that advised the shops function is removed. Now we don't event have shops on facebook or instagram in our region, which is completely insane. I started the Shopify platform because of the seamless integration with meta. This is no longer the case. Very upset that we can't have shops in South Africa anymore. Show more
It keeps getting disconnected. When it was connected, all was fine, but after a few days it gets disconnected, and after a few days it was connected again, and repeat. Show more
Haven’t been able to connect my shop to this. I want to show my shop on instagram. Meta staff are NOT helpful at all. I’ve been emailing and begging for help for 62 days. They are useless and have zero empathy. It’s all “upload a screen recording” then do this 20 step ritual that won’t work, then we’ll close your ticket and ignore you. I’m losing out on potential sales with the lack of help. Terrible platform, im stuck in the mud and no one will help me! Show more
