We are a manufactory company and E-sales by Shopify and Amazon. The accounting software is Quickbooks Enterprise. Before Webgility, I tried other APP to synchronize data, but failed. Thanks Webgility gave us the perfect APP. It is easy to mapping items, setting class, foreign amount, freight-in & out, shipping details, taxes, site, and others. Be a software, we have to take time to learn. Webgility have a great team to teach me how to use it and answer my questions (I am not a smart guy, it almost took them 10 times, 15 hours on Zoom. Another forced QB POS-to-Shopify user here. Webgility was excellent with QB POS integration with eBay before, now with Shopify to QB desktop accounting. Very thorough and lots of face-to-face support when needed. If only they could integrate eBay directly to Shopify, they would be perfect! But for what they do, they do wonderfully. Show more
