I've been using the app for a month or so now and haven't even used a lot of the features yet. As I've been getting everything set up in the app and within the backend of Shopify, the team at BTN has been so helpful and encouraging. Cyrus is incredibly friendly, explains things well, and has great leading ideas/plans to implement that will assist with everything the company I work for needs! It's clear the values they hold for their team are strong and they value connecting with their clients. The app itself has so much information in it, and for a brand who doesn't necessarily want to pay the prices of some of the larger apps yet but needs more data than what Shopify provides, this is definitely the best way to go with arguably a better, hands on experience. I'm so impressed with the features, and the team walks you through all of them to make sure you understand. While I don't have data to report yet on the success of using BTN, I have no doubt that the strategies the team has suggested and helping me implement will work wonders.

This app is wonderful, and their CFO is literally the nicest human being on planet earth. This app provides us with rich data on all our customers. It also includes features for audience creation across social media platforms and Google Ads. They recently added AI-generated summaries to your data, which give you a really great overview of what is happening in your store. Wonderful app and a wonderful team behind it. We say this is a must-have.

By the Numbers has honestly been a huge help in taking our Direct-to-Consumer marketing to the next level. The tool makes it so easy to segment our customers in ways that actually make sense. Instead of spending hours pulling data or trying to piece things together, we can quickly identify segments and then put that information to work across our different marketing channels. It’s straightforward, intuitive, and saves us a ton of time while giving us better insights than we had before. But what I really appreciate is the support team. They’re one of the best groups I’ve worked with when it comes to Shopify apps. If I have a quick question, I can hop on chat and get an answer right away. And if we want to dig in deeper, they’re more than happy to set up a breakout session and walk us through things step by step. They’ve helped us learn how to get the most out of the tool, not just answer surface-level questions. The combination of an easy-to-use platform and such a supportive team has made By the Numbers feel less like just another app, and more like a real partner in our DTC strategy.
