They're a great CAPI integration on Meta and work extremely well with Klaviyo and Google as well. Beyond just the tech, they've been a great partner. They get back to me when I'm panicked about ad performance and dig into the pixel setup. They help me diagnose, guide me on future implementations, and are, altogether, a very reliable partner for a service that absolutely cannot slip. The dashboard is easy to use, but ultimately, the key thing I need is a reliable partner where I know my data is solid and they've been that for me.

I’ve been using Upstack for about two weeks and the experience has been extremely frustrating. First of all, support is basically non-existent. I’ve contacted Michael multiple times regarding dozens of warnings showing up in Events Manager, and he simply does not respond. When he does reply (rarely), it’s clear he hasn’t read my messages carefully and ignores the screenshots I provide. Second, the tracking quality is seriously flawed. For example, around 55% of my PageView events are sending the same IP address instead of unique IPs per user. This completely breaks data accuracy, attribution, and audience building — which defeats the whole purpose of using a tool like this. On top of that, there are multiple warnings (invalid timestamps, data inconsistencies, etc.) that remain unresolved even after reporting them. And finally, the pricing is absurd for what it delivers. It’s extremely expensive, and honestly, even if it were free, I wouldn’t use it in its current state. Overall: poor product, poor support, and unreliable tracking. Not recommended.
