She helped me migrate and transfer all my subscriptions seamlessly, assisted with custom widgets, and gave a very detailed product walkthrough so I actually understood how everything works. What really impressed me is that I had a very specific, non-standard use case that required developer involvement. Instead of pushing back or giving generic answers, the team worked with me to find the right solution. The developers implemented exactly what I needed, and we collaborated until it worked perfectly.
