Helaas. In de praktijk werkt Picqer niet zoals je zou verwachten. Zowel orders als producten worden niet gesynchroniseerd. Ook is het is niet mogelijk om Picqer aan 1 locatie/magazijn toe te wijzen. Picqer importeert alle orders en alle artikelen uit je Shopify shop. Ook als producten en orders zijn toegewezen aan een andere locatie. Eigenlijk is Picqer niets meer dan eenmalige export van je data op order- en productniveau. Met een retourkoppeling voor de track en trace. Show more

Picqer is in een woord fantastisch! We zouden niet meer zonder willen. Picqer is een van de meest gebruiksvriendelijke software die wij kennen. Mocht je ergens niet uitkomen en een vraag stellen; de respons tijd is vaak minder dan een uur. Zelfs in tijden van de lockdown is de support supersnel. Picqer heeft er voor gezorgd dat we zeker 3 tot 4 mensen minder nodig hebben om de orders te kunnen verzenden en de inkomende goederen te faciliteren. Show more
