RepeatKit allows me to offer my customers a convenient delivery schedule coupled with a discount on my nutritional supplement store. Pricing as well as responsive customer support are great! Looking forward to some updates and added functionality soon. UPDATE: Unfortunately Shopify has removed my ability to use Shopify Payments because I'm selling fitness supplements. This makes the app non usable because they don't integrate with PayPal Payflow Pro. :( UPDATE 2: Adriana did a lot of leg work to find any way that I could still use their app. PayPal Express or Authorize dot net would work but unfortunately both are not really options for me right now. PayPal Express takes users away from my shop to PayPal which will affect conversion rate and Authorize dot net adds additional charges. Neither are exempt from Shopify's 1% tariff on using anything other than their gateway. If it was not my choice, Shopify should waive that fee. In any case, Adriana really tried to make it workable. I have always wanted to do a subscription box but I kept putting it off because every app I have come across was not user friendly. I came across Ongoing and Adriana reached out over the phone. I told her exactly what I wanted, gave her access to my Shopify account and she set everything up for me! All I have to do is activate it when I am ready. She took the stress right off my plate and made it happen for me. I highly recommend Ongoing for any small business looking to expand into subscriptions. I had a wonderful experience with Adriana, she really cares about her clients and wants you to succeed! She was able to answer all of my questions and offer advice on billing dates/fulfillment. Within 45 minutes everything was set up. Adriana was a massive and easy help. Been putting off my subscription idea for months and I am very happy to have used this platform. The free plan is great but there is a 2.0% fee on all transactions. But its totally fair and worth it for the amount of support the creators give. Show more
