Got the app for one thing to sync repurchases with Meta. This did not work. Support said to wait severals times. I had to convince them that waiting is not helping. They "escalated" to their devs but heard nothing back since more than a week which is very bad as the app is completely useless now. Show more

We'd had ongoing issues with our data for a long time, with a number of different experts drafted in to help sort it out, without success. Allocating our marketing budgets was becoming more and more impossible.
