Our experience with this app and the support team has been excellent. The Mix and Match bundle builder gives our customers full control of our box and is easy to use. The support team have been very helpful and assisted with some customisation for the app to have more of a the look and feel of our website branding. When a support ticket is raised, the team have been quick to address the questions and provide regular updates. Looking forward to seeing further apps and functions the team build!

We have been using other apps for the mix and match bundle that were ok, but they didn't have exactly everything we needed. We decided to switch to Mix and Match Bundle Builder hoping it would work better for our business needs. We attempted to set up the bundles, but had some questions due to our complex product lists. I sent a message on a Sunday asking for assistance and they responded within an hour. I explained what I was trying to do and they said it was no problem and then proceeded to set everything up for me. They were in constant communication with us to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it.
