Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Webgility has been an integral piece in ensuring our Quickbooks financials properly reconcile with Shopify. Without this software we would be wasting countless hours manually keying in orders. Couldn't recommend more. Show more

We use Webgility to sync our orders from 2 stores with QB and have been for just over a year. Everything from preview through implementation was seamless and on-boarding was quick and efficient. Since then, Himanshu with support has been phenomenal! He's very responsive, attentive and helpful. If there's anything he cannot directly assist me with, he gets me to the right team member and always follows up to be sure my questions have been answered or our needs have been met. If you're looking for a Qb Sync service, this is the one to choose! Show more

Boooooo! Webgility renewed our annual subscription to the tune of $588 after we went out of business. We received no notification of this upcoming charge, which would have prompted us to cancel, but Webgility only says that "it must have gone into spam" and that "it is a corporate policy that they do not issue refunds". Instead, they tried to roll it over into a credit for a monthly plan. They can't seem to wrap their collective heads around what it means to be "out-of-business." This is the ONLY vendor who has brazenly taken advantage of our small business that had gone under in a last ditch cash grab. If you're a small business, stay away from Webgility. They only care about what they can extract from you. Show more

Our company uses Shopify Plus and QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE) in a hosted environment. We were looking for an automated application to download all Shopify orders into QBE. After reaching out to several companies we decided to go with Webgility. The initial process for us was lengthy as we were downloading historical transactions. The Webgility team assisted with finding the proper hosting environment. Once we got past the historical posting automation we reset settings and we have been able to run smoother and have seen an improvement with posted orders/ payouts and inventory management. The Webgility support team has been fantastic even with the time zone difference. Thanks to all especially Faizan and Kanishk for being here to assist with all our questions, concerns and and getting everything running to par. Show more
