I highly recommend webgility if you want to automate sales from shopify and Amazon into Quickbooks. We have had a smooth setup thanks to Kshitij Tiwari, our implementation specialist. We started with Shopify and are now finalizing Amazon. We get far more detailed information from Amazon than how we were doing it before and we can get this daily, real-time which is wonderful. As a user of Webgility for the past 5-6 years, I find that the improvements in the current version have made the familiar processes more concise and accurate. I have had to re-implement Webgility from scratch after the old retail store closed and the old server gave up the ghost.
