App contain all types of budle setup , also the support team is good . specially the noor ali , provided step by step guided assitant , also the pricing is very affortable .
So far so good. Customer service is quick to reply and help me to learn how to use the app. I needed help with the layout of options and was quickly shown how to do this. I'm excited to publish the bundles to my website very soon. They look great!
I was chosen to download app for a "free for life" plan. I thought it would be a safe bet, but it wasn't. Bundles not working on site, missing add to cart buttons so customers couldn't buy items, poor customer service and they never fixed the issues after 3 weeks of chats and emails back and forth. I guess you get what you pay for. If i could give zero stars, I would.
I have tried in my stores different other apps for this and returned to BundleSuite for the wide variety of services that give customers freedom of choice and comfort, and sellers a higher AOV. Though it is easy to use and there are good guides, but if your time is valuable you have to ask sometimes and BundleSuite has fast and polite customer service.
