The customer service was top-notch. They were quick to respond, pleasant and supportive. They did provide a report that we thought would be useful, but we needed information for this report over a long period, which was not available to Better Reports. I will keep this app in mind for future requested reports that Shopify doesn't have available. Show more
Have just started using Better Reports and so far so great! I've been able to get detailed inventory reports with cost and retail (not available in other apps) as well as great sales reports. I've always argued these features should be part of Shopify but at least this app provides it. I wish it was a little cheaper but with the amount of time it will save me trying to create reports and harvest data it will be worth the $40/month. Also, the response has been very fast and helpful with creating custom reports and helping me schedule them. I'm very pleased with Better Reports! Show more
