Over the last few days I have been implementing a membership for my customer base which I hope to go live with soon. I plan to be offering a percentage off their order plus flash deals and wanting them to stack. From watching YouTube videos to reading help articles and utilising tech support I have nearly gotten these apps to the place where I need them to be. I am going deep on what's required and the technicians have continued to support me for many hours with their help. This is very appreciated. The only reason for not giving a full 5 star is because on some occasions I didn't receive a response within their 2 minutes claimed waiting time plus there's a few design flaws from their features which has meant I've needed to find workarounds. However at no upfront cost this has allowed me to get something going which I wasn't sure I could pull off. Their support has allowed me to persevere and I now know if there's any issues going forwards they are there to help me. Thanks! Show more
