When I first thought about using an AI to talk to visitors on my site, I wasn't sure if it was a good idea. But I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. Of course, you need to keep an eye on it and give it all the right information to use, but as long as you do your part, the bot will do a great job. All in all, I'm really happy with VanChat.

VanChat allows us to offer support to our customers for common questions that they have. It also looks at their needs and recommends products well. If a customer has a unique question, they are still able to reach a human (us), but 95% of the questions can be answered through the bot. And it just keeps getting smarter and more equipped to help people with their questions. I would definitely recommend to people with Shopify stores.
