Sou cliente da Tiny há mais de 5 anos, mas a experiência com o app na Shopify tem sido frustrante. O estoque não atualiza corretamente, prejudicando as vendas e a operação. Entrei em contato com o suporte diversas vezes, e mesmo com evidências claras de que o erro está do lado da Tiny, a culpa é jogada na Shopify. A comunicação entre as plataformas é falha, e o suporte da Tiny não resolve. Falta responsabilidade e integração confiável — algo básico para quem depende de automação no e-commerce. Depois de tanto tempo como cliente, esperava mais comprometimento e uma solução eficiente.
