Ich kann von Taxdoo nur abraten - nach Rücksprache mit anderen Shopbetreibern würde ich auf jeden Fall dazu raten, sich AccountOne anzuschauen, bevor man mit Taxdoo zusammenarbeitet. Es wird ein kostenloser Probezeitraum suggeriert, der mit sofortiger Rechnungsstellung einhergeht. Nach Kündigung wurde noch eine weitere Rechnung gestellt. Show more

Wir nutzen taxdoo für den Export nach UK in Zusammenarbeit mit taxdoo's dort ansässigen Partnern für Steuerangelegenheiten. Technisch gesehen funktioniert die App. Am Anfang hatten wir ein paar Schwierigkeiten, da wir nicht mit Delivery Duty Paid sondern mit Delivery At Place (also der Kunde zahlt die Einfuhrsteuer etc.) nach UK exportieren und taxdoo das nicht automatisiert in UK melden kann. Hat etwas gedauert bis der Customer Service Zeit für uns hatte. Dann hat aber ein sehr kompetenter Mitarbeiter mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen und die Dinge geklärt. Jetzt werden unsere Meldungen vom taxdoo Team monatlich eingepflegt und es funktioniert. Da das ganze am Anfang etwas holprig lief, nur 4 von 5 Sternen.
