I was having some issues with A2X and QuickBooks, but Anas from A2X guided me through it. I really recommend the software.
I recently installed an enhanced MRP software integrated with QBO. As a result, I needed to upgrade the e-com revenue software and add functionality to reconcile Shopify and Amazon transactions into QBO. I did an extensive review of several software products. The assessment included many questions to A2X, mainly via their incredible messaging system which was VERY helpful. I decided to purchased A2X because I felt that it had, by far, the best functionality. The installation and mapping of A2X was very straight forward. But at first, I was having trouble getting the reconciliations to work, so I was a bit spectacle. Then I had the onboarding call and in 30 minutes they unlocked the full potential of the A2X functionality. A2X has created a truly remarkable software product. The reconciliation process is a complete game changer for our company. A2X is going to save us many hours of time each month! The A2X support, using the messaging system, is very good at promptly answering any ongoing questions, of which I have had few! I’m so happy with my decision to purchase A2X! I strongly recommend A2X as a total solution to tracking and reconciling e-com revenue transactions.
This app has saved me hours and hours of work, putting invoices onto my accounting systems Sage. It links my shopify sales and inputs all the data into sage and allows me to allocate deposits in seconds. Also the A2X support team are amazing, they are always on hand and responsive to every question and have talked me though the whole process. A specail thank you to Nora and Doloras who have helped me no end.
First I must say the software is amazing and any small business owner should use it. I quickly was able to connect all my JerkyNSpice channels quickly on my own, until I started Shopify which was done a bit differently and I kept getting stuck. Andrea in support was nothing short of amazing and quickly helped me troubleshoot the issues. One was even one she had never seen (feel those always happen to me! :)) but we quickly set up a shared screen and powered through it together. She was a true advisor and incredibly helpful in a short period of time. I would give her 6 stars if it was possible. Thanks A2X team!
We have been trying to get A2X setup with Shopify and Xero for a whole year. Our balance sheet shows negative balances on our Shopify Clearing Account. Another account for Shopify Pending Balances is overstated by considerable amounts. A2X support has not successfully helped us with correct mappings after 2 support tickets and 3 meetings with a technical lead. Things went sideways from the beginning when our Onboarding specialist was a Quickbooks guru and we're on Xero. We've now sunk more than $4000 of our CPA's time, plus 100 hours of our time. We still do not have an accurate balance sheet and income taxes are due for Corporations in 30 days. We are not getting the urgency we need to resolve our issues and may be forced to stop using A2X.
