ST Inventory Management & Sync

This app is great for tracking inventory for products. Because we are a manufacturing business, the only complaint I have is that it doesn't offer a way to track ingredients and parts of base products and finished products. That would close out our needs for a full inventory tracking system. However, the purchase order capability (which I haven't been able to really use a lot, since we are manufacturing most of our products) is useful and works well. Now that the scanner capabilities are back up on the Inventory screen, we are happy campers. Purely for tracking completed product inventory and integrating with Shopify, we are happy with the product. The customer service team communicates very well, is super helpful, and will do everything they can to help figure out and resolve any issues. It does take some time because I'm in the US so there is a time difference between here and the ST team.

sumtracker has been a great experience for us mostly because of how responsive and helpful they are. they are more than happy to hop on a call at any time and are very solutions orientated. the system is very user friendly and seems to have a lot of positive additions to their roadmap which will eventually make this a more well rounded solution that we are needing.

The app works great. I like that it helps give insight on how products are selling. It is very useful with bundles and adjusting all stock when something sells. We have tried other inventory managent apps which had issues. We highly recommend Sumtracker. Show more

We tried everything to manage our inventory and nothing worked perfectly until we found this app. We tried managing inventory manually, tried using excel and using VBA macros functions to download our inventory/subtract recent orders/and upload the new inventory to each sales channels, we used different apps and different websites, but nothing matched the functionality as much as Sumtracker. This app syncs easily with all your online sales channels and it's super easy to use. The biggest +: you can speak directly to the developer and ask for new functions to be implemented or fix issues that come up. They are really helpful and willing to hear everyone's ideas to improve the app. This app has become essential to our business. Show more
