ST Inventory Management & Sync

We use 3 different only platforms to sell our products, and have over 1,000 SKU's ... I'm very happy with this app. It gives us peace of mind when it comes to having all of the platforms up to date with the correct quantities. At first I was wary due to its simplicity ... but now I see the brilliance in its simplicity, as it is simple and clear in a world of complex businesses. But, truly, what I appreciate the most is their hands-on approach to the onboarding. They understand that each business is different, and our thought process and needs are different, so Ankit jumped on a Zoom with me and patiently took the time to answer all questions, and send a follow up email with the links as a reminder of our call. That little effort on their end, saved us tons of hours trying to figure things out. (I am comparing it to the experience with other apps). Thank you, Ankit and team! Show more

What's clear from developer's response is that they have zero interest in fixing their app or discovering what went wrong. He's gotten into a barrage of denials. Ask yourself if something goes wrong do you want debugging or griping? Terrible app, completely f's up your inventory across multiple channels, specifically Etsy. Confuses different shops, pulls products out of archive on Shopify(!), makes stuff active on one Etsy shop when it should be assoc. with another. If you're trying to sync Shopify with Etsy then good luck - over 40 listings are newly renewed across two Etsy shops. What's hilarious about this is that I got two orders on Etsy during the debacle and, yup, you guessed it - inventory didn't update. And these reviews saying "team is responsive?" Fake. Not sure why Shopify is leaving this app up. So the issue with "getting a call" or "getting help" is that the app is gone from my shop. I don't need "help" and no amount of speaking on the phone will fix the issues. And, why would I invite a call where the developer is calling me a liar and saying that my entire review is a lie in emails? Yah, right. App developers need to understand the Etsy platform in order to manage inventory there. In no circumstances should listings be moved from de-active to active without confirmation. In no circumstances should listings be duplicated across Etsy shops - Etsy is very clear about this. Duplicate listing is cause for shop closure - all shops assoc. with same IP. Seriously? Brilliant app. I've been using it for about 6 months and can genuinely say it's saved me hours. I sell a lot of stock in bundles, on both Shopify and Etsy. Before using SumTracker I was trying to download sales reports and updating stock manually which was time consuming, but at Christmas when sales were high, I'd still run out of stock partway through the day leading to disappointed customers. SumTracker updates both channels with accurate stock in minutes. It was easy to set up and use. Customer service when I've needed it have been really knowledgeable and supportive. Show more

The Sumtracker team have been so helpful with the entire onboarding process and answering all our queries along the way. Sumtracker as a platform - simplified our inventory management, easy to understand/navigate, enabled us to sync all our stores, super easy to revert to when placing a stock order. Overall, it has been a huge gamechanger for our business. Highly highly recommend this app, especially if you're looking to sync multiple stores. Show more
