I don’t know what I even did before downloading this app! It’s saved me so much time - takes a while to understand how everything works but the support team is so responsive and always willing to lend a hand - even when you only pay for the basic features. Very pleased and would highly recommend !
I was a little lost with the new version of the app at first, so I asked for customer service. Mariana was very pleasant to email back and forth with. She provided prompt answers with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Solved my issue quickly, even though it was via email instead of a chat feature (which didn't matter; she responded as quickly as a chat conversation anyway). :)
Absolutely horrendous support. I had been a loyal customer for years but the minute that you have any issue, you get a double booking, or no team member get assigned to your customer's order, or you do not have access to their admin portal and you immediately have to change availability - you will NOT receive ANY support. Running this app is akin to throwing your money in a pit. I will be changing to another app just not to deal with them anymore.
Sesami support team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for business looking for a reliable booking solution.
I quickly jumped in a call with Jeannie to set up the integration with Klaviyo, she was extremely helpful and very quick to understand and resolve our issues.
