It is a complete disgrace to work with this company, they have been stalling us for 3 months and they do not keep their promises, they bought 400 €, although we have not used the application even once, there was a problem in the integration in the application, the problem belonged to their own software. They said we would use 1 month as a gift and they cut the money for it. Their managers also do not keep their promises. A complete disgrace. We have spent 3 months in vain and they are too lazy to respond even by mail. Show more

They seem to target the somewhat bigger companies, software looks well designed and impressive functionality. It is far far more then a tracking app. It is streamlining the whole order, packing and fullfilment and after sales process with having a tracking and return page with their own unique URL. Having your courier accounts being used, getting instant shipping quotes and printing shipping labels directly from the app. This software does not come cheap, but compared with the high end software for this kind of functionality the price seems to be very good. Why only a 3 star rating? The trial they offer is not really a trial. Every time you want to try out a particular feature you get the message you have to upgrade to one of their plans, so it means you can not try it out in order to see if it fits your needs or if it is just overkill to your needs. This last bit was very frustrating. The courier we use the most was not included. They offered to include this courier on the basis that I commit myself to become a customer, again without having the opportunity to see if it fits my needs and to see if I really like to work with this software. And for post purchase upselling, this is not the right app, very limited. and for just getting a banner on the tracking page you end up being forced to choose the more expensive package, same with Multi Language support: only available on the more expensive package. I post this knowledge here so people are getting better informed about this software (pro's and cons) so they can make up their own mind instead of me having wasted a fair bit of time to find out if it is for me.
