This app has significantly improved our ability to more deeply understand our sales, costs and KPIs. I love that the app pulls in real costs from ad spends, Shopify fees and that you can easily upload real shipping costs via CSV files. The income statement is a slick dashboard with great graphics that easily allows you to see sales and specific costs at glance and for any chosen time period. The cohort analysis and LTV data has really helped us understand how much we can pay for a client and how long it takes to recover what we spend for each client. The team at Lifetimely is always super helpful and responsive to any questions or problems we have. We use this app daily. It's definitely one of the most useful and easy to use tools we have. In two clicks in less than 10 seconds you can see exactly how long your payback period on your customers. Allowing you to make real-time marketing decisions around to spend. We use the manual import function to input our marketing spend and this allows us to accurately predict the exact payback date of every customer which allows us to protect our cash flows.
