Absolutely brilliant analytics tool!! Love these features in particular: 1. Cohort analysis - live cohort analysis!, which can otherwise take hours and hours to put together 2. Daily P&L (and by product too) - super useful tool and is helpful for quick decision making 3. Customer Behavior Data - Helps to understand what products generate more repeat and how often customers are ordering. Gives great insight into customer purchase patterns. I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars, it is honestly my favorite app in our store. I have been running Shopify stores for the past 8 years and been waiting for this exact solution. It provides a simple daily update on our KPIs, integrates with all the necessary apps and they are continuously adding new features. Only new to Lifetimely, but already love it. I confess to having my head in the sand about my numbers a little and feeling quite overwhelmed. But this app gets it all on the table and presents your figures back in such a brilliant and easy to digest way. Just delving into the Lifetime Customer Value section and it is so helpful. This app has significantly improved our ability to more deeply understand our sales, costs and KPIs. I love that the app pulls in real costs from ad spends, Shopify fees and that you can easily upload real shipping costs via CSV files. The income statement is a slick dashboard with great graphics that easily allows you to see sales and specific costs at glance and for any chosen time period. The cohort analysis and LTV data has really helped us understand how much we can pay for a client and how long it takes to recover what we spend for each client. The team at Lifetimely is always super helpful and responsive to any questions or problems we have. We use this app daily. It's definitely one of the most useful and easy to use tools we have.
