The AI shopping assistant was efficient and made it easy for a customer to purchase an accessory on our website. So far, we're very satisfied with its performance. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because we're still new to using the AI and are continuing to learn its capabilities. We're looking forward to seeing how it continues to assist us and our customers!

This platform went from an industry leader to an ad laden hacked up pile of AI slop. They'll say they care about your feedback, and ignore it. I have ads in 3 places to pay extra for an AI agent that hallucinates more than I did in college, force a complete relearn of a UI into an obviously AI generated UI that is missing loads of subtle details from previous versions that just so happened to be essential to our usage of the platform. It's good that we live in an era where I can just AI generate a whole new platform to suit my needs over the course of a weekend. It's ironic really.

Not sure why this app is so expensive and has good reviews. Yes its got some fantastic apps and integrations. However the price per ticket is too steep. We wanted to install it and got stuck training the AI (which is 2025 type of workflow prompt training, a bit behind what AI can do in 2026) where other apps like REDO or Chatty are on par with time. You will receive zero human support. They only send you to their academy for training and leave you to figure it out yourself. REDO and Chatty both alternative services tried provide full support with human customer service and on boarding support. Those two options are actually also much better priced. We ended up working with REDO, though their integrations are slighlty behind right now and thet don't have an app. Their development road map is catching up quick and their customer support is awesome.

Definitely takes some configuring after onboarding process to refine knowledge base. The team does have to monitor closely during this period but overall we've really enjoyed onboarding with Gorgias AI. Generally, we get good feedback from customers, although as with all things AI, some customers are apprehensive. Looking forward to new features to help optimize performance and offload human touched tickets during peak seasons.
