I live on Fairing for my area of marketing. It's great to be able to collect post-purchase survey findings and use them to measure results of more brand marketing related efforts which is traditionally challenging. The CX support is also great and I'm excited to see what features they add to the platform in the coming months. Hoping they improve the data visualization as it's pretty bare bones at the moment. All PPS companies collect the same data but a few create the right dashboard and allow marketers to effectively utilize the data for insightful marketing decisions. Fairing does this better than anyone else, and they are constantly looking for ways to innovate (they just created a google sheets plug in which is awesome) making it a no brainer to sign up!
