Fairing has been awesome for us so far. We are a two-man company with little to no data analysis experience. Fairing has been outstanding because it allows for us to seamlessly gather important data which leads to actionable decisions, without little to no effort on our end. They recently introduced the google sheet integration which is extremely helpful for exporting the data in an easy to splice format and have a phenomenal customer service/on-boarding team. It's really easy to set-up initially, their pre-filled question bank is outstanding, and it's seemingly very fairly priced for the level of data you get with a turn-key solution. They make themselves very available to assist in ideating on new data to collect, splicing and reviewing the data, and are very open to feedback/new feature releases. New features seem to be released at a relatively quick frequency so I'm excited to see where it goes. I was not paid or incentivized to write this review, I just believe this is a no-brainer app for any small, or large business, looking to understand their customers more, which is increasingly difficult in today's world of privacy settings and DTC space. Incredibly impactful tool! We got started with Fairing just a few months ago and since then we are hooked. Getting instant customer insight is not an issue anymore as the native integration allows a rather high response rate. Many more functions we haven't tested yet but are looking a lot forward to! One of the few companies where the founder/CEO him/herself is accessible and personally supports the merchants. Show more
