This is the perfect app for offering in-house classes and events. I looked as several event apps but they were targeted to selling tickets or admission to large events. Online platform commissions would take a big chunk out of sales. Experiences App is easy to set up and use. Love the auto email sequence when someone registers for a class. Customer service is off the charts - creating a video to walk me through some specific questions and then jumping in to make some small tweaks for my Shopify template.
Great app! Simple to use and pretty intuitive as well. Customer service on this is also fantastic - they have always gotten back to me with answers to my questions, typically in the same day.
I like the app and its capabilities, although there is a learning curve and I have had no training. I got this thrown at me and had zero knowledge how to make it work for an event that was scheduled. I figured most of it out on my own but an online chat would have been helpful (and I don't mean a useless VA). However, the response/turnaround for my question was pretty quick. Very good support.
