Well I can't say that I would recommend this app anymore. While I still do think the app may be functional for starters who don't know what they are doing, the ethics are disappointing and questionable at best. I decided to do the Facebook ads myself because using this app didn't outperform my results, ROAS 4 and scaling was still an issue. While it was good to have someone to do the ads with me, when I did the math, I thought it would be better to do it myself again. That is when things got sour. The minute I informed Onur of my decision they went in and deleted the audience we had built! Mind you this was after I deleted the app! I was so disappointed but more than that I think it is morally unacceptable. Why would you destroy something we built, something I paid for? Out of spite? Now my ROAS is up to 5, so I am not even mad. Just a warning, if you decided to go with them, remove them from all of your accounts before you delete the app or inform them. Show more

Terrible results, the campaign they setup shoved 30% of the budget into LLA that did nothing while prospecting failed to deliver anything better than 1.5X and their remarketing failed utterly with 0. Overall we lost hundreds of dollars with this App and their customer service is poor, never replying to any of our messages. You are better off using advnatage+ than wasting money on this app. Not seen even a second of profitability, very disapointing given the claims they make. Additionally they have tried to resolve this by telling me I can have a refund if i remove this review which is a terrible way to do customer service and given that i had setup a meeting with Lara to resolve my complaint about their terrible customer service and poor performance shows they don't communicate with each other. I would have removed or updated this review should the meeting with Lara have actually resulted in a solution... instead im back here telling you all that they are a bit rubbish and you might be better of trying somewhere else. Had tried many several apps for Facebook ads, but none of them worked for me. Either the app was not performing or their support was not good as we have to chase them even after we pay them. Extremely happy with Enhencer AI Ads, because their app is getting me conversions which is getting better day by day. But more important is their commitment and support. You don't have to chase them to do changes if the sales goes down. Even before you notice the fall in sales, they'll arrange a meeting and will do the necessary changes once we agree. After seeing the Facebook ads performance, I have handed over my Google ads management also to them. Very happy and definitely recommended. Show more
