App is easy to use, however, functionality/features that you'd expect to be free are put behind the "Basic" plan. I've found these features on competitor apps for free, so I have no reason to stay with Qikify.
BEWARE. While the app functionally has been good for us. It nearly destroyed our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit. Zero warning, zero "hey you hit your limit", just email notifications stop coming. Customers get successful form submissions, and then left wondering why we haven't responded. And then submit again.... and again wonder why we aren't responding. We now have to sort through at least 70-90 emails to figure out what we have missed. They suggest the shopify flow setup, but the data dump in that is horrendous and now an additional layer to sort through. No thanks. So if you are a high volume store with a lot of emails, try something else. This is despite being on the highest paid plan.
We are new to the app, but Henry, who handles customer service, has been fantastic so far. We look forward to using the app's features more.
