Great product, allows us to see carts in real time and make draft orders to help customers make the right purchases. They just added live activity feed to allow you to really home in on the customer experience. We are a very niche custom product, so we provide real expertise to music artists. Having the ability for them to ask questions from the cart is a real nice touch, allows us to make sure the customer has everything they need to get the best experience.
