BtN is a great analytics tool with lots of functionality that punches way above its weight. It uses a traditional RFM segmentation model that didn't work so well for our unique business but will likely work for most others. Nevertheless, BtN still has so much analytics functionality, that we still found enough value to keep using it. Its particular strength is being able to filter your Shopify dashboard by RFM/custom segments. Piam is attentive and knows what he's talking about, so there's no nonsense, most functions are there for a reason and if not he's quick to help implement any new reports or functions that you might need.
